Creamy Avocado Banana Smoothie
It's spring time and we all need to shed our winter fat layer. Fat may have kept us warm in the winter, but let's face it the weather is changing. Some time soon you will need to dawn skimpy clothing. Scratch your head and got on it. I have to tell you if I take this to work to drink through the day. I don't have hunger cause this smoothie is packed with nutrition. Who would not love that!
Ingredients
2 organic bananas (fresh or frozen)
½ avocado
2 cups of coconut milk or coconut water or distilled water
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla paste or power
1 tablespoon raw honey or stevia
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon bee pollen
1 tablespoon nut butter of choice (optional)
Handful of ice (optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender on high speed till you get a smooth consistency.
Hint: add 1 tablespoon of raw cocoa to kick up the nutrition for the chocolate lover in your family
