Turmeric Tea

Ingredients:
1 cup Coconut Milk (or any other alternative milk, fresh nut milk would be great too)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Organic Turmeric
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
Dash of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Raw Honey to taste or stevia (for weight loss or cancer prevention use)1 cup Coconut Milk (or any other alternative milk, fresh nut milk would be great too)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Organic Turmeric
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
Dash of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Instructions:
Put coconut milk, spices in a sauce pan heat up slowly on low heat for about 20 mins.
Pour into your favourite cup, sweeten and enjoy.
