Reclaim your health with Green Juice


Hippocrates Green Juice
The Hippocrates centre is famed for curing cancer, many life style and autoimmune diseases.  I've personally seen the magic of cleansing a diet.  I am posting this recipe to share one on the most powerful secrets of the centre, the green drink.  Add some wheatgrass and your off to the races toward reclaiming your health.


Ingredients
5 oz. sunflower sprouts
5 oz. pea sprouts
5 oz. cucumber
5 oz. celery

Directions
For a 20 oz. serving of green juice, simply juice and combine

Crowd Pleaser Salad


Kale and Avocado Salad
 This recipe has been in my collection for so long that I don't remember where it came from. All I can say is it's a hit every time I serve it! Give it a try it's easy, nutritious and a crowd pleaser. Are you in yet?
Also eating green foods can change your taste buds. How you say? Try eating lots of green foods and then see your sweet tooth melt away.

Ingredients
One bunch of kale
One medium size tomato or Grape tomatoes
One small onion or 2 green onions
¼ cup hemp seeds

Directions
First thing, wash and tear the kale, into bite size pieces. Put the prepared kale into a large bowel and cover kale with tap warm water and let sit while you prepare the rest of the recipe.  (20 min to 1hour)
Dice the onion and tomato into small pieces. Put them all into a salad bowl, add the hemp seeds and toss.  Add the salad dressing and let marinate in the refrigerator for a couple hours.

Dressing
½ Avocado
½  Lemon squeezed
Braggs liquid seasoning or sea salt, to taste

Blend with fork or blender.  Balance the taste (if to salty add lemon and if to lemony add salt, till you have a good balance)
